Sock Monkey has been an integral member of the Steve Hunt & Associates team since 2015, but over the past couple of years he has been out of action. However, following a recent poll shared on LinkedIn, Sock Monkey is set to return due to popular demand, with a staggering 85% of voters calling for his return.
Thanks to the poll voting in favour of his return, Sock Monkey is now set to return at IHEEM’s Healthcare Estates 2023 event, taking place on the 10th & 11th October 2023.
The History of Sock Monkey
- Steven Hunt & Associates has long had a reputation for our personalised socks, with Steve Hunt and the team handing out branded socks to visitors at the IHEEM exhibition from 2015 onwards
- With social media competitions becoming the norm a few years ago, Steven Hunt & Associates decided to hold a giveaway where we asked people to share ‘sock selfies’ on Twitter, where the winner received a state-of-the-art iPad
- Following hundreds of entries in the competition, one sock creation caught our eye, and from the minute Sock Monkey popped on our screens, it was simply love at first sight
- Despite not winning the competition, we were so in awe of the Sock Monkey creation that we donated a consolation prize to the creator, and in return, he kindly donated the monkey to us
- From that point forward, Sock Monkey has become the focal point of our office and a legendary official mascot in the process
- Sock Monkey became the official mascot of the company, and is now a beloved member of the team, as Steven Hunt & Associates continues to grow from strength to strength.
And now, due to popular demand, Sock Monkey returns to Steven Hunt & Associates, taking centre stage for the company at IHEEM Healthcare Estates 2023 on the 10th & 11th October 2023
