SHA Back at IHEEM for the 10th year

Steven Hunt & Associates, will be returning to the Healthcare Estates exhibition and conference for the 10th consecutive year at Manchester Central (20-21st October) to showcase the company’s specialist work in the healthcare sector.

Exhibiting at Stand D24, the company has an established expertise in the healthcare sector, combining specialist understanding of treatment and care facilities with a clear focus on energy efficiency, operational cost management and best value.

Recent Steven Hunt & Associates projects in the healthcare sector include a £4.5 million building services scheme to design the mechanical and electrical installation for a new suite of operating theatres at Salford Royal Hospital, the first NHS Trust in the North of England to be designated ‘outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission. Steven Hunt & Associates worked closely with both the clinical and estates teams to create an exemplar operating theatre environment, including an ‘ultra-clean’ theatre for complex orthopaedic procedures.

The company is also responsible for the building services design at a current project to develop a Tier 4 CAMHS (Children and Adolescents Mental Health Services) facility in Chester, including full anti-ligature specification, and has also delivered building services design schemes for a wide range of other healthcare environments including Aintree UCAT (Urgent Care & Trauma) Centre in Liverpool, Royal Bolton Hospital and Fazakerley Hospital Outpatients Department.
