The building is split into 3 blocks (tower 1, 2 and 3), tower 1 is five storeys, tower 2 is eight storeys and tower 3 is eleven storeys. The breakdown of the 147 apartments are 86 one bed units and 61 two bed units, 3 of the two bed units being penthouse duplex type which all generally incorporate an entrance hallway, open plan living room/kitchen/diner, bedrooms and bathroom off the hallway complete with shower.
