The development is an 80 bed care home on behalf of Athena Healthcare at Coombe Valley Road in Dover. The scheme is provided with energy efficient LED lighting throughout and the sustainability aspect is enhanced further by the use of an Air Source Heat Pump to provide part of the buildings heating and hot water load. The care home includes a nurse call system, an L1 fire alarm system and is provided with a full commercial kitchen and dining area for residents.
