Steven A Hunt & Associates has designed the building services to combine comfort with energy efficiency, with supply and extract ventilation with heat recovery in each changing room to ensure fresh air without the loss of heat from the building. High level fan convectors deliver fast and efficient heating, with control systems ensuring that the central hot water plant only heats water on an as needed basis for the number of change facilities actually in use, while absence detection prevents lights from being left on by mistake.

Steven Hunt Associates was also involved in designing the fire and security systems which include fire alarms and a high pressure water mist fire suppressant along with CCTV and door exit control.
