This project involved the construction of a new four storey extension to Liverpool Universities existing Management School building on Grove Street, Liverpool. It also extends to the upgrade and refurbishment of the existing Management School building at Ground, First and second floor levels plus general aesthetic upgrades to the Main Stairwell and adjoining WC areas.

The ground floor accommodates Computer Laboratories, Trading Floor type teaching spaces, Marketing Lab, and Observation spaces. The first floor consists of a Main Case Pit Teaching Space, Administration Offices and the Main Server Room. The second floor has the Main Administration areas whilst to the third floor there is a main Seminar Room and the Main Mechanical Plant room.
