We were appointed as the M&E consultant for the construction of a new production facility and bottling plant for Unilever. The M&E services included heating and ventilation, low energy lighting, air conditioning, small power, sprinklers and security.
The scheme has been designed in REVIT and energy efficient designs have been derived from the use to ensure client aspirations. The scheme is being assessed under LEED of full thermal modelling techniques. The challenges have included integration with plant manufacturers and stakeholders
