The scheme provides a new Youth Centre that will offer a wide range of sporting, artistic, cultural, physical and recreational activities for young people aged 8 to 19 years.

The facility has an entrance lobby, meeting rooms, cafe, kitchen, Sports hall, climbing wall, fitness suite, boxing, performing arts studio, music room, changing facilities, arts and crafts, and general office accommodation and welfare facilities.
