Assisted Living

Overview

Details

This £12M scheme involved the transformation of a former bus depot site in Chorley to a 62 one and two-bedroom assisted living apartments. The project dramatically improved outdated facilities and increased choice and accessibility for locals.

The modern, extra-care facility also includes a purpose-built community centre with a café, hairdresser, GP practice and pharmacy alongside a car park and recreation grounds.

We provided a Mechanical and Electrical performance brief for the project.
