The project comprised the formation of a new interventional radiology / Angiography twin suite at 3rd Floor Turnberg level to take place of the existing vacated ITU / HDU area.
Above second floor plant room level a new switchroom and air handling plant room was formed with ductwork passing via a vertical riser. New wet plant Steam to LPHW Heat exchangers were installed in the existing level two plant room.
A new packaged chiller plant was installed at roof level together with air conditioning plant to serve the technical rooms and procedure rooms
