The project involved the construction of a new rail maintenance workshop building and wheel lathe facility.  We designed the mechanical and electrical components of the building which included a new heating system, lighting, power and compressed air which was fitted throughout including services to pits and specialist equipment.

The project required close liaison with EMD maintenance staff to ensure all the equipment power, compressed air and water points were all located in exactly the correct location.
