A RIBA Stage 2 performance specification was provided for the extension and refurbishment of Risborough Springs Swim and Fitness Centre which has formed a larger fitness suite, reception area and a new studio space. The extended fitness suite and new studio are both provided with heat recovery ventilation via a thermal wheel in each plant with heat pump systems for heating and cooling. We provided a monitoring role during the construction stage.
