This project involved the construction of a new Early Years Centre and Dining Room extension to a primary school in Macclesfield, to replace the existing which was to be demolished. The new extension consisted of five large classrooms, special learning, interview and administration rooms on the ground floor with staff and meeting rooms on the first floor.

The new dining area which adjoins the existing assembly hall comprised of a new kitchen, server room and store room. Due to the demolition of the buildings the project was programmed into six phases and took place over summer holidays and half term holidays.
