We were proud to be part of the team behind the delivery of a striking new 18-storey, four-star hotel in Paddington Village, located at the heart of Liverpool’s Knowledge Quarter. The hotel includes 250 modern bedrooms and brings a high-quality hospitality offering to one of the city’s fastest-growing districts. As part of the project, we helped bring to life a range of impressive features — including air conditioning to all bedrooms, stylish conference and event spaces, and a number of flexible meeting rooms. This development adds something unique to the area, offering guests a comfortable, contemporary space to stay, work, and unwind.

In addition to supporting the delivery of these key features, we were responsible for the full mechanical and electrical design services across the building. This included designing the systems that provide heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting, and power throughout the building. Our work helped ensure that the hotel operates efficiently, reliably, and to a high standard of comfort for both staff and guests.
