This scheme consisting of the design for 27 loft apartments over ground floor commercial space. The building was stripped down to its raw shell and modernised with individual heating and electrical metered services. It features state of the art structured wiring, satellite TV and access control woven into the fabric of the structure whilst maintaining the charm of the original architecture.
