The project comprised the remodelling and extension of National Savings & Investments headquarters in Blackpool. The scheme incorporated an energy saving lighting facility which saves NSI £9k per year on running costs.

A new VRV air conditioning system was installed complete with heat recovery ventilation. The building achieved BREEAM very good.
