The Lime, formerly Lime Court, provides day services for people who have a learning or physical disability operated by Liverpool City Council.

The works generally consisted of remodelling of existing rooms with the M&E services remodelled. The main alterations included the addition of a hydrotherapy area and associated changing rooms, showers, WCs and plantroom. There is a new hydrotherapy pool and 4D room as well as a community café and a dance studio.

An existing courtyard was reduced in size to accommodate a garden room. The existing lounge and main kitchen were converted to a music room, radio room, audio visual room and a games room. The existing shop and adjacent lounge were converted in to a kitchen and cafe area.
