This project involves the construction of a new Health Science Centre at Hope University in Liverpool. The facility is to be new build and is to be located in place of the existing Stand Park Building which is to be demolished.

The building is of two storey construction, the ground floor shall accommodate Bio Mechanical Laboratories, IT lab, Behaviour suite, Psychology, Sports and exercise labs, office, admin space and toilets as well as a central circulation zone. The first floor includes Research labs, Sensory analysis, food processing and general teaching labs.

The scheme has been design using Revit to BIM Level 2 which has enabled detailed coordination to be undertaken well in advance of contractor involvement
