This scheme involves the construction of a new four storey, 80 bed care home on behalf of Athena Healthcare in Southport. The facility comprises of eight bedrooms each containing a single bed and associated en suite, along with communal spaces. The communal spaces accommodate various lounges, dining areas whilst the back of house areas comprise of kitchen, laundry, ironing rooms, staff offices and nurse stations. The primary purpose of the building is to house elderly less able people, however will also facilitate staff to attend to the elderly.
