Overview
This project involved the comprehensive mechanical and electrical (M&E) design services for two separate high-rise residential buildings forming part of a major urban regeneration scheme. The development delivered over 750 residential units, offering a mix of apartment types designed to meet the demands of high-density city living.
In addition to the residential provision, the scheme included approximately 1,125 square metres of designated commercial floorspace at ground level, allowing for future retail, leisure, or community use to help activate the street frontage and support local economic activity.
Our M&E design scope covered all key building services, ensuring efficient, coordinated systems that met both the technical performance requirements and the overall objectives of the client and design team. A significant feature of the project was the integration of a 170-metre extension to the neighbouring Lyle Park, which played a key role in enhancing the surrounding public realm. This green space addition not only improved the visual and environmental quality of the development but also offered increased amenity value for residents and the wider community.
