Staff from the University of Liverpool's Law & Social Justice department are presently distributed over three sites, with the Professional Services office being largely present in only one. This scheme re-united the fragmented school within one building which is the refurbished and extended Cypress Building in the heart of Mount Pleasant Campus. The existing five storey building has been extended on one side with a central Atrium.
We delivered a full M&E design for the scheme and the building works commenced in early 2018 with a construction period of approximately 12 months.
