The project involves the construction of three new two storey buildings comprising of a number of apartments in each all with communal space. There are mixtures of standard and disabled type apartments but all are of the one bedroom type complete with lounge, kitchen/diner, bathroom, hallway, store cupboard and bedroom. 

The communal spaces consist of a communal lounge, kitchen, staff sleepover, office, meeting, plant room, store rooms and circulation areas. There are also roof terraces with communal gardens.

The use of the buildings are generally of mixed occupants ranging from people developing their life skills to elderly less able people all of which require extra care.
