The project comprises of a motor dealership for Chrysler Jeep on a site which was to be developed for other motor dealerships. The unit is a single storey construction portal frame steel building built on a concrete slab with brick/block external walls, there is metal cladding on the upper area of the facade. There is a car showroom on one side and a workshop on the other side of central admin and welfare facilities.

 To meet the demands of heating a large volume showroom with a high roof, we designed high level gas fired heating, providing a functional solution to meet the clients aspirations.  High bay glass aluminium pendant luminaires offering 750lux at floor level provided the lighting. Radiant heating was installed to the workshops.
