Winner of a Housing Design award and applauded by the Energy Council, Steven A Hunt & Associates was instrumental in designing and installing the creative heating and ventilation system to this apartment development.

The ventilation consists of an individual heat recovery system for each apartment, linked to central common intake and exhaust ducts. The ‘U’ values to the external walls produce such low heat losses that they are exceeded by their heat gain – and so small electric panel heaters satisfy the initial warm-up.
