A new state of the art Crematorium and external garden of remembrance. The new building includes a chapel seating 160 people, a gallery/waiting area, plant rooms and small office spaces.  The facility has two fully automated Joule Cremators which are installed with an automatic charge system in place .

The building has decorative lighting, natural ventilation and surplus heat from the cremation process is being used to heat water and the chapel building .

The scheme is being assessed under LEED.
