A new two storey Regional Automotive Technology Hub (RATH). The RATH building provides specialist teaching accommodation for various levels of automotive studies including, general automotive electronics, motor sport and maintenance curricula. The building also provides support space in the form of general and IT classrooms, rig analysis lab, staff rooms and reception for the general public.
Using IES we reviewed the services and advised what additional features could be included to satisfy BREEAM credits.
