The project involved the construction of a 5 storey extra care facility with a total number of 130 apartments for Torus group and is located on Atlas Street, St. Helens.
The scheme incorporates a mixture of one and two bed apartments served from a central bolier plant with CHP as a primary heating source. LPHW distribution mains are routed to each apartment feeding individual Heat Interface Units.
A Category 2 domestic sprinkler system is fitted to each apartment.
