This project included a modular build of a 62-bed priority assessment unit at St Peter’s Hospital to support the increased demand for emergency care.

The new facility includes 62 patient bays, nurse stations, staff rooms, seminar rooms, laundry facilities, clean and dirty utilities and kitchenettes. Our building services design included medical gases, hot and cold water services, ventilation, Power & data, Lighting & emergency lighting, security systems, CCTV, nurse call systems which have been fully integrated with the main hospital.
