A new multi-use, 56,000 sq ft, building which has 46m clear spans to accommodate a range of events from horse riding to event hospitality & exhibitions. The centre combines a riding school for local communities with an international standard show centre that is expected to attract major equestrian competitions and events.

The project was completed as a design-build contract with Eric Wright Construction in time to open for the Grand National meeting in April 2007.
