The project comprises of the construction and extension of a new main entrance area and the re-modelling of the existing entrance lobby along with the reception/lobby, post room and three office areas.

The works were undertaken whilst maintaining public access in to the building via a diverted route. The main emergency systems required relocating together with the fire alarm panel and security facilities.
