Abbey Wood Lodge is a purpose built home that incorporates numerous design features to provide a safe and secure environment for the effective care of people suffering from Dementia
The building has 60 bedrooms with ensuites, a central kitchen area, assisted bathrooms, lounge/dining areas, a residents kitchen, a staff room and nurse bases.
The extent of the services include LPHW heating, domestic water services, toilet extract ventilation, lighting, small power, fire alarms, patient alarms sanitary ware and controls.
The services were undertaken using BIM technology.
