Managing director, Neil Baines, celebrates his 25th year with Steven A Hunt & Associates. To mark this impressive anniversary, Neil reflects on his time with the company and what it has meant to him.
Neil Shares His Thoughts
"When I walked through the door of 317 India Buildings in January 1999, there was no way I would have believed that I'd still be here 25 years later and in the role of Managing Director. Over that time I've built up the experience to really understand what we do and how we do it.
Now I'd like to share what I've learned over those 25 years about why we do what we do.
For me, It's based on 6 Cornerstones (I know these things are supposed to be done in threes, so bear with me) which, in no particular order, are legacy, friendship, respect, culture, environment and future."
