It’s been a while since we’ve seen our good friend Sock Monkey. An integral part of the Steven Hunt & Associates team since 2005, Sock Monkey has been out of action for the past couple of years. But we’ve missed him, and, we want to ask if you have too and want to see him return?
Many of you will have met Sock Monkey whilst networking around the North West. Since being donated to Steve and the team, Sock Monkey has travelled the world. He posed on the French Riviera at MIPIM, wooed the dancers at the Brazilica festival, and played a key role in the company’s football team.
However, Steven Hunt & Associates have been missing Sock Monkey’s energetic presence. And as much as we’ve missed him, Sock Monkey is also keen to get back out there, whether that’s in his work overalls, his tuxedo or his Liverpool FC kit.

Our official mascot, Sock Monkey has become a loved member of the team, as our company continues to go from strength to strength.
We have long had a reputation for our personalised socks, with Steve Hunt and the team handing out branded socks to visitors at the IHEEM exhibition from 2015 onwards.
Upholding our proud name in the ‘sock game’ and with social media competitions becoming the norm a few years ago, we put our best foot forward and created a ‘sock selfies’ giveaway on Twitter, with a state-of-the-art iPad up for grabs for the winner.
Receiving hundreds of entries, one sock creation in particular caught our eye, and from the minute Sock Monkey popped onto our screens, it was simply love at first sight.
Despite not winning the competition, we were so in awe of the Sock Monkey creation that we donated a consolation prize to the creator, and in return, he kindly donated the monkey to us.
From then on, Sock Monkey has become the focal point of our office and a legendary official mascot in the process.
Wherever we go, Sock Monkey isn’t too far away and after wowing the crowds at various projects, including MIPIM and IHEEM, there is every chance that Sock Monkey will be coming to a town near you very, very soon, so keep your eyes peeled…
