The changing rules and regulations set by Homes England surrounding sustainability and how we heat our homes have presented challenges for which Housing Associations and construction design teams must overcome.
In line with the Chartered Institute of Housing Conference this week, this paper has been published which aims to address these issues and details a summary of a roundtable discussion which took place in Summer 2021.
We took part in a discussion with Liverpool Constructing Excellence alongside Bowker Sadler Architecture, Casey, Torus and The Guinness Partnership to share our knowledge, to provide ideas for solutions and to talk about how we can create a roadmap towards sustainability and the Future Homes Standard 2050.
