SHA were challenged with providing new M&E services to a proposed new retail outlet for UGG in prestigious Brompton Road, London.

Using Revit software new fresh air ventilation ductwork and VRV cooling units were integrated in to the tight ceiling voids to maximise the full retail space. Brand lighting was incorporated which included Gimbals to spotlight bespoke shelving and feature lighting down the centre of the shop.

As with all Retail clients the design was always fluid and it was important to respond promptly to ensure that the shut down period was minimised.
