New contracts awarded
Steven Hunt & Associates have been awarded new contracts for Liverpool Community College, BAE Systems and Train 2000.
Liverpool Community College is one of the largest FE colleges in England with two main college centres outside the inner city and four in the city centre. We are currently working on their new four storey Learner Centre incorporating sports/fitness and sports science departments with associated classrooms, and sports hall, training kitchen, nursery, learner support classrooms, refectory, LRC and IT learning suites.
After successfully completing a new MEST facility for BAE Systems, we are delighted to have been given the task of designing services for a new 3,500m2 SPF (super plastic forming) extension to the existing AFAF Business Investments building at their site in Samlesbury.
Train 2000 have commissioned us to design M&E services for their new Women’s International Centre for Economic Development (WICED) in Liverpool City Centre. The centre includes the construction of a 2000m² state of the art facility housing up to 30 incubation spaces for new women enterprises as well as office, conference and other relevant accommodation.
