Consulting Engineers at the top
Two teams of engineers and administration staff attended a team building day at a remote out of bounds facility in Wales. Tasks included logic solving, time management, delegation and communication. Trust amongst colleagues was tested to the full and personal limits were well exceeded.
It was an enjoyable day and there was a sense of achievement for all those who attended whilst Barnados; SHA chosen charity for 2007, received a donation of £1000.
